This new photo uploader option for UCard and Hospital badges DOES NOT replace HRIT or UShop for ordering and paying for departmental title changes or replacement cards.  

Before you fill out your ID request form to submit your photo, please ensure that your request as also been entered in HRIT (Hosptial staff), or UShop. 

If this is a new ID badge for a new employee the badge is still free, so you will not need to submit a UShop request.  New Hospital employees will continue to have their HRIT requests submitted by NEO.
